The best supplements with quercetin - TOP 5 ranking in 2025

Quercetin is a natural chemical compound present in many plants and fruits, valued for its powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Quercetin protects cells from free radical damage and helps to alleviate inflammation and respiratory and osteoarticular diseases. In addition, quercetin can effectively reduce allergy symptoms. Its natural sources include onions, apples, broccoli, red cabbage, green tea, cocoa, grapes and blackcurrant. Dietary supplements with quercetin are becoming increasingly popular, providing adequate amounts of this valuable ingredient. Our quercetin ranking includes five popular supplements on the market, which we took a closer look at to see which one would best meet consumers' needs.

The ranking factors we took into account were:

  • Effectiveness
  • Quercetin content
  • Composition
  • Ease of use
  • Absence of side effects
  • Efficiency
  • Price

What ingredients to look for in good quercetin supplements?

Composition: Check that the supplement contains pure quercetin without unnecessary additives and fillers to ensure maximum effectiveness.

Dosage: Choose a product that offers the right dose of quercetin per day, as too low a daily dose may not have the desired effect. 750-1000 mg is sufficient for noticeable results

Efficiency: It is a good idea to bet on products that do not require several capsules per day, so that the pack lasts longer.

Manufacturer: Go for a reputable and proven brand that has good reviews and ensures the quality of its products.

Quality certifications: Choose supplements that are certified for their quality and purity, such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or organic certification.

Convenience of use: Make sure that the form of the supplement (tablets, capsules, powder) is convenient for you to use on a daily basis so that you can easily incorporate it into your routine.

Nutridome's quercetin supplement is a vegan, single-ingredient product that contains the highest amount of quercetin of any product in our ranking. Each daily serving provides 980 mg of pure quercetin, extracted from a highly concentrated extract of Japanese pearlwort. 440 mg per capsule trumps many products that do not have this amount even in a daily dose of two capsules! Testers appreciated the Nutridome supplement for its simple and pure composition and its fast and effective action. Regular use of the capsules provides protection against free radicals, which damage cells and accelerate skin ageing. In addition, as confirmed by our testers, Nutridome quercetin is effective in relieving allergy symptoms and counteracting inflammation. An additional advantage is its ease of use and favourable price-performance ratio. The performance of the supplement was rated highly and, although the price is slightly higher, such a high quercetin content makes it a product with very good value for money.

Swanson Quercetin dietary supplement is a vegan formula that provides 475 mg of quercetin per day, which, according to our testers, is a moderate dose. Nevertheless, most testers noted that regular use of this supplement strengthens the immune system, reduces the effects of stress, relieves allergy symptoms and protects the body from free radicals. However, testers noted the large size of the capsules, which makes them difficult to consume, and the high price of the product. A positive aspect is the efficient packaging, which lasts longer. The biggest drawback of the Swanson supplement is the relatively low daily dose of 475 mg of quercetin, in turn doubling it significantly reduces the efficiency of the pack.

Quercetin Premium by Olimp is a dietary supplement in capsules, which provides quercetin extracted from the flowers of Sophorae japonica. In addition, the product is enriched with zinc, which supports the proper functioning of the immune system and protects cells from oxidative stress. Our testers appreciated the affordable price and the presence of zinc in the formulation, even though the amount is definitely small. The disadvantage of the supplement is the number of capsules per packet and, consequently, the low yield - at a dosage of 1,000 mg per day, the packet is only sufficient for 15 days of use. Despite these limitations, Olimp Quercitin Premium wins a place on the podium.

Pharmovit Quercetin 95% is a dietary supplement with the addition of other substances. The product is free of bulking agents, anti-caking agents and colours. The main ingredient is quercetin, an organic compound of plant origin from the flavonol group. The supplement also contains zinc, which supports the immune system, and bromelain, a protein-digesting enzyme. The composition is enriched with BioPerine® black pepper extract, which supports digestion and nutrient absorption. The disadvantage of the product is the low daily dose of quercetin of only 350 mg. Although the additional ingredients are a plus, what we expect from a quercetin supplement is above all a good dose of the title substance. It is somewhat lacking here. Pharmovit Quercetin 95% may be a good choice for those looking for comprehensive immune support, but the too low quercetin content may not meet the expectations of all users.

Quercetin Aliness is a vegan dietary supplement extracted from Sophora japonica, offering natural quercetin of the highest quality. Quercetin is a flavonoid present in many fruits and vegetables, with a protective function against free radicals. Thanks to its properties, it supports the treatment of allergies by inhibiting enzymes that cause inflammation and autoimmune reactions; it also has an antihistamine effect and can prevent swelling. Unfortunately, the supplement only contains 250 mg of quercetin in the recommended daily dose, which is a low amount. As many as four capsules would need to be taken daily to achieve optimal results. Despite the high quality of the ingredients, we rate the dose as insufficient.
